Refund Policy

Our commitment

We want you to feel confident purchasing a MoveWisely Premium report. If something goes wrong, we will do our best to make it right. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds.

Automatic refunds

We automatically approve refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical issues: If you were charged but were unable to generate or access your report due to a system error on our end.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same report.
  • Failed report generation: If our system fails to produce a report for your destination city after you have completed the questionnaire and payment.

In these cases, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Discretionary refunds

If your report was delivered successfully but you feel it was not useful or relevant to your situation, you may request a discretionary refund within 7 days of purchase. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Discretionary refunds are typically reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that if a refund is granted, your Premium access will be revoked and you will no longer be able to view the detailed report.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@getmovewisely.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your MoveWisely account
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days.

What is not refundable

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase (except in cases of technical failure)
  • Reports that were successfully generated and accessed, where the user simply changed their mind after the 7-day window
  • Issues arising from user error (for example, entering the wrong destination city in the questionnaire)

Payment processor

All payments and refunds are handled securely through Stripe. Refund processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or card issuer. Stripe may take 5–10 business days to return funds to your account.
