What MoveWisely provides

MoveWisely is a personalized relocation intelligence platform. We generate neighborhood recommendations based on the lifestyle, budget, and priorities you share with us. Our goal is to help you make a more confident relocation decision — but we are not a real estate agency, moving service, or legal advisor.

Informational recommendations only

All recommendations, reports, and content provided by MoveWisely are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any neighborhood data, rent estimates, cost-of-living figures, safety assessments, or transit information. Local conditions change, and data may become outdated.

You are responsible for verifying any information that affects your relocation decision. We strongly encourage you to visit neighborhoods in person, speak with local residents, and consult local real estate professionals before signing a lease or making a binding commitment.

No housing guarantees

MoveWisely does not guarantee housing availability, rental prices, neighborhood safety, school quality, or any other local condition. Our compatibility scores reflect how well a neighborhood matches your stated preferences — they are not ratings of objective quality, and they do not predict your personal experience.

User responsibility

You are solely responsible for your relocation decisions. MoveWisely and its founder shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of our recommendations, including but not limited to: unexpected rent increases, neighborhood conditions that differ from our descriptions, changes in local transit or services, or dissatisfaction with your chosen area.

Accounts and payments

Some features of MoveWisely require creating an account or purchasing a Premium report. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. MoveWisely does not store your full credit card details.

Premium report purchases are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@getmovewisely.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no automated scraping, no reverse engineering, no attempts to access other users' data, and no use of MoveWisely for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of MoveWisely are owned by us. Your purchase of a Premium report grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view and download that report. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports or content without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitations

MoveWisely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of MoveWisely after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
